Entimex SMS Services are designed to suit the Government and Large corporate environment.

Option 1:  Entimex Bulk SMS Service

Using Entimex Bulk SMS service you can send SMS text messages instantly to groups or individuals.  For example you can send meeting reminders, account payment reminders, internal corporate communications of all kinds, notification of arrival of goods or availability of service, etc.

All you need to do is:

1 - Setup an account for yourself by clicking www.bulksms9.com or alternatively call us and we can set it up for you.

2 - Select the appropriate credit package - 200P, 500P, 1000P, 5,000P, 10,000P, 50,000P, 100,000P and organise a payment by cheque to Entimex Pty Ltd PO Box 81011 or direct deposit to Entimex account (email confirmation of payment to payments@entimex.comm:

3 - You are ready to use your bulk SMS service

The advantage of option 1 is that you do not need any additional software or even a mobile phone, just access to our Bulk SMS website via the internet and an account that will allow you to use the service.

Option 2:  Entimex SMS Application

SMS integration offers a cost effective means of contacting staff or clients and provides the ability to personalise each message based upon your requirements. Even surveys can be carried out using SMS. 

Entimex development team can install your own bulk SMS application either as standalone or integrated with your corporate application.  You will then be able to send SMS from your own office using your own dedicated mobile phone without the need to pay Entimex any further for SMS messages. there will be one off charge for setup of SMS and integration to your applications.

The advantage of option 2 is that SMS messages can be sent based on certain triggers in your own environment and a lot of them can be automated.

Other SMS service (there are numerous other possibilities):

  • Ability to email the SMS
  • Using your own return cell number
  • Scheduling regular messages (monthly payments, regular meetings, etc)
  • Staff or clients can email for information and receive response back by SMS automatically and vice versa
  • Mobile staff can report their activity using SMS that can be automatically be entered in a database and response generated.
  • Jobs or instructions can be issued via SMS from your own application in the office

Option 3:  Entimex Ready made SMS Communication manager modules

Entimex SMS Communication Manager which is one of Entimex corporate products. This product not increases the efficiency of communications within corporate and government to a great extent but also add much needed added facilities. The results from using SMS automated facilities have been spectacular in many countries.

  • Contacts Master file: a database of staff with name and cell number

  • Groups: Ability to create various groups of staff to which SMS is sent

  • Sending SMS: type in an SMS and select one or more groups to send SMS to.

  • A printout of who and what numbers SMS is sent to in each SMS
  • Status of each SMS can be obtained to identify those not sent. 
  • Sending a test SMS to see how the message appears when sending out.

Module 2: SMS Meeting Assistant

  • Organizing adhoc meetings

  • Reminder for meetings
  • Work in conjunction with Entimex email manager to send emails along with SMS messages with Emails.
  • Very similar in functionality to the SMS Distribution Manager with additional functions regarding recording of meeting dates, emailing agenda, etc. Module
  • Minutes and agenda can be attached to each event and staff allowed to login to the SCM website interface and obtain a copy of agenda and previous minutes.
  • Automatic email notification can compliment the SMS message , email containing the same message as the SMS. 
  • Plug in for other databases such as Human Resource Database to obtain list of staff.
  • Staff access management – allow staff to access the system with various access privileges such as sending SMS, maintaining recipient list, etc.

3: SMS Survey Manager

Survey processing – used to collect information from clients or staff by sending an SMS to which they could respond. The response could be in the form of Yes/No answers or textual, for example: Were you satisfied with our service, if yes please reply with Yes otherwise No. And If no we would appreciate any suggestions.

The response could be analyzed automatically by the system.

  • Comments and suggestions were: Waited too long Unfriendly staff Could not find Mr. ?????
  • There could be simultaneous surveys taking place.
  • Different Survey SMS could be sent to different clients by categorizing clients. Some clients can be expected to reply to longer SMSes than others while some clients may just reply a simple yes/no question.
  • Any interface could be setup to trigger sending of survey for example at reception or other offices where staff can record inquiries so the appropriate survey SMS could be sent.

  • The above are just some of the options that are available. Once we understand the requirements we could suggest the most appropriate action.
  • There is also a possibility of reverse charging the SMS but this can only be confirmed once the relevant SMS provider being Mascom or Orange acknowledge our request regarding availability of such service. We are still awaiting response.
  • Plug in for other databases such as Human Resource Database to obtain list of staff.
  • Staff access management – allow staff to access the system with various access privileges such as sending SMS, maintaining recipient list, etc.
  • Plug in for Entimex Human Resource Development System
  • SMS response analyzer – responses can be analyzed and acted upon, e.g. for surveys.

Module 5: SMS Business Directory

Public SMS Directory to obtain a range of information vis SMS for example directory service information (yellow pages), and other business services or products like product lists, prices, guidelines, policies, etc.  Clients need to simply SMS a directory search request to a cell number and they will receive the directory information. For example "dir mechanics" will trigger a response to the requesting cell listing all available mechanics with their contact information. Alternatively GPRS can be used from the mobile or even just a public website like below to access the information.
