We have a number of online Performance Appraisal System including one that manages Quarterly, 6monthly appraisals with integrated document management and simple work flow. We also have DPSM quarterly system of appraisal which is fully automated. All sections of the appraisal can be entered and approved online. 

The appraisal system keeps history of appraisals for each staff, ready for management review. There is also full reporting on whether performance objectives are agreed on (signed), and where the PA is at. Report can be generated by department,  division or section

Approval process and suggested training section are also online.  The suggested courses automatically consolidate to a list of suggested training for each division and section that can then be also costed, submitted for approval, planned and scheduled for next year.
