This fully featured and easy to use system (Entimex Windows Pro) provides a user-friendly product database specifically designed for companies specializing in logistics.  Depending on the outcome of a detailed consultation with you as the client about your individual needs, the features of this exciting new program may include:

System Facility to handle a fuel levy

•      Invoice orders will be generated and invoices automatically generated for clients who are required to pay the fuel levy.  The invoices will be based on a % of the ex-tax value of their dockets for the previous month, once invoices are generated they will be automatically finalized.  So this process of generating invoices should take no more than a few seconds.

•      The custom details screen will include a tick box called “do not charge fuel levy” – if that is ticked, then the customer will not be charged.  The set-up screen will be able to store a default value of fuel levy, which will apply to all customers, who are to be charged a fuel levy.  Further, automatic purchase orders for drivers will  include the same fuel levy which will be paid to the driver based on the ex-tax value of the deliveries for the month. 

PDF Statements

An option is the automatic creation of PDF statements or in-tax invoices which can be emailed to clients directly.  The customer screen can be used to enable/disable this automatic generation of PDF invoices.

Online accounts for customers

Another option is the customer statement online or online accounts, where the client will use a user-name and password to logon to a website that will display outstanding tax invoices and give the customer the ability to print invoices and a statement.  This facility could be a complement to the PDF emailing of invoices, but could also be used instead of the PDF facility to allow customers who wish to get their statement online to update their accounts information as they require.
